Some of your Questions:

Q.I’m making changes in admin options but changes are not applied in front-end, why is that?

When changing settings in M2 themes or extensions make sure you clear Magento static content cache. Magento 2 is using LESS and each time you save the settings the CSS files need to be regenerated, if you don’t clear static content cache you will be using the old CSS files and the settings will not apply.

Also another important thing is to make the changes in developer mode in order to apply in frontend. Production mode should be used only on live environment as most of admin magento options will not apply in production. Here are the commands for changing between developer and production mode, via ssh go to your magento installation in html folder and run the following commands:

- Set developer mode in Magento 2:

php bin/magento deploy:mode:set developer

- Set production mode in Magento 2:

php bin/magento deploy:mode:set production

Q.How to translate Extensions and Pearl Theme in other language?

Use this commands via SSH in the following location:  ‘yourmagentoinstallation.com/html/‘ it will export translations for:

  • WeltPixel extensions:

php bin/magento i18n:collect-phrases app/code/WeltPixel/ -o translations.csv

  • Pearl Theme ( theme also include extensions, make sure to also run the above command)

php bin/magento i18n:collect-phrases app/design/frontend/Pearl/weltpixel/ -o translations_theme.csv
